Historical Expeditions

Expedition Bike Tours are grand multi region journeys with a clear start and finish. These tours can follow in the footsteps of a famous person in history and are by design more arduous and adventurous.

Each year Ride and Seek develop a new expedition following a famous trail or leader in history. In 2012 after the success of the BBC series "On Hannibal's Trail", which our guide Sam co-presented, we will be following the trail of Hannibal from Barcelona to Rome! But research on Napoleon is underway!

So ride with us  into history following some of the greatest leaders of all time. Cycle where Hannibal's elephants trod marching over the Alps into Italy or where Napoleon's Grande Armée waged it's war in Russia. These are grand journeys that are multi regional in nature with a clear start and finish. These are truly epic bike tours.
